**Warning:** after some brainstorming it seems that drmaa-rest approach is little bit too ambitous. the two main identified obstacles are: drmaa session management and concurrency accesses (multithread api support. the new purpose is to port a  drmaa-c library for torque on oarapi, see [[gsoc_drmaa-c]]
