In the next 2.4 release, OAR and OARGRID are offering a RESTful API based on a common oar_apilib. It is not well optimized for the moment as some queries are simple wrappers to the oar command line tools. But it is intended to become an important aspect of the project bringing new possibilities for the development of user interfaces, job scripts or communication with other systems like grid middlewares.
