Procedures to begin with mentoring

• Email on the oar-devel mailing list for details about the projects accepted on GSoC …update the NEWS on the site as well…
• Where will the students develop …Grid5000
• Accounts opening SVN, WIKI, Grid5000 , OAR-dev or only blog for google
• Communication with students : emails, wiki, skype- audioconf
• Projects Roadmap along with google timetable, important dates:
  • 23May : Students start working officialy
  • 6-12July : mid-term evaluation period (deadline 13rd July)
  • 17Aug-24Aug :final evaluation period (deadline 24th August)
