Procedures to begin with mentoring

  *  Email on the oar-devel mailing list for details about the projects accepted on GSoC ...update the NEWS on the site as well...
  *  Where will the students develop ...Grid5000
  *  Accounts opening SVN, WIKI, Grid5000 , OAR-dev or only blog for google
  *  Communication with students : emails, wiki, skype- audioconf
  *  Projects Roadmap along with google timetable, important dates:
    *  23May : Students start working officialy
    *  6-12July : mid-term evaluation period (deadline 13rd July)
    *  17Aug-24Aug :final evaluation period (deadline 24th August)
